    3. What is the basic qualification for applying loan?

    • - Age 18-60 years old
    • - Valid National ID Card or valid Passport
    • - Working in the current company for at least 03 months (for employee)
    • - Living in current residence for at least 03 months
    • - Provide contactable telephone number for both home and working place.


    4. What are the required documents for applying loan?

    • - Valid National ID Card or Valid Passport (remain at least 03 months of validation)
    • - Proof of Income (Pay slip or Bank Statement or Work Contract)
    • - Proof of Residence (Family book or Residential Book or Residential Certificate from Commune/Sangkat).
    • - Provide contactable telephone number for both home and working place.


    5. Where can I apply Loan?

    6. How can I know my application is approved or not?

    Our bank will send the result of assessment by SMS or our staff in charge will inform you.

    8. What is the loan term of installment service?

    • - For Auto Finance: the installment term is from: 12, 24, 36,48, 60, 72, to 96 months.
    • - For General Loan: the installment term is from: 12, 24, 36,48, 60, 72, 84, 96, 108, 120, 132, 144, 156, 168, 180, 192, 204, 216, 228, to 300 months.
    • - For Agriculture Equipment Loan: the installment term is from: 12, 24, 36, 48, to 60 months.
    • - For Card: we have two kinds of cards such as Debit Card and Credit Card.

    3. I lost my phone and I worry about my K-easy App if someone use my phone. What should I do?

    You can visit KB Daehan Specialized Bank to lock service. If the service is locked no one can login your user account.


    4. What should I do if I forget my password and my login account is locked?

    If you fail to provide the correct password for 03 consecutive times, your login account is locked. If you visit KB Daehan Specialized Bank, we can reset the password and provide you the new password.


    5. How can I check my loan payment history in K-easy App?

    You can go to K-easy App  Login password  My loan, then you can see your loan payment history.

  • V. 3D Secure Service

    1. What is KDSB 3D secure service?

    KDSB 3D Secure service is a security feature provided by KB Daehan Specialized Bank. This service is functioned only when you make an online transaction from your KDSB Card with a participating Visa Secure online merchant. You will receive 6 digits OTP (One-Time Password) through an SMS or Email which is sent to your registered mobile phone number or e-mail and simply enter that OTP for verification.


    2. What are the benefits of KDSB 3D Secure service?

    KDSB 3D Secure service provides an extra security protection against online fraud. With the implementation of OTP verification, anyone will not be able to use your KDSB Card for online transactions without the OTP sent to your registered mobile phone or e-mail.


    3. How to register KDSB 3D Secure service?

    No registration is required for KDSB 3D Secure service. You will automatically receive OTP when making online transaction with participating Visa Secure merchant. Please ensure your registered mobile phone number and email address with us is valid and updated.


    4. What is OTP?

    OTP (One-Time Password) is a dynamic password which is used to verify your online secure transaction. It is valid for one time used only.


    5. How is OTP sending?

    After filling your card information correctly, OTP will be generated automatically and sent to your mobile phone number or e-mail which registered with KDSB.


    6. Does an OTP expire?

    The OTP will be expired in 5minutes. If you are unable to receive the OTP, you can click “Resend Code” button on the transaction web-page to receive another valid OTP on your registered mobile number and e-mail to complete the transaction.


    7. What happen if I enter the wrong OTP in a row?

    If you enter wrong OTP for 3 times in a row, you will be unable to complete the transaction and your card status will be blocked for that particular transaction. Please contact our Call Center023 991 555/098 961 961/ 017 991 555 for assistance.


    8. Do I need to pay fee for this service?

    No, there is no fee charge for this service


    9. Do all online transactions require an OTP?

    No. OTP is only required for particular online merchants that support Visa 3D Secure authentication protocol.


    10. How can I know which merchant is participating Visa 3D Secure?

    For the participating merchant, the “VISA Secure” logo will be displayed for payment acceptance.


    11. Can I receive an OTP when I am at overseas?

    If you are at overseas and using overseas mobile service providers, the service provider may not support receipt of international SMS. Please be reminded to turn on your mobile phone and activate your roaming service to ensure you can receive the OTP SMS to complete the online transaction when you travel oversea. Please consult your telecommunication service provider for details. However, you still receive the OTP via your email.
    Yes, you can and we recommend you to select e-mail as OTP verification method. For the SMS option, please consult with your telecommunication service provider.


    12. If my registered mobile number is not a Cambodia mobile number, will I receive the OTP?

    No, the service is only available for Cambodia mobile number. To use this service, you may update your registered mobile with a Cambodia mobile number.


    13. Do I need to get the new KDSB Card to use the KDSB 3D Secure service?

    No, you don’t need to apply for the new card. This service will be applied for all existing and new cards.


    14. How do I get my mobile number or e-email updated?

    Please visit our head office to update your information or contact our Call Center 023 991 555/098 961 961/ 017 991 555 for assistance.
