- Repayment shall be made according to loan repayment schedule.

- Repayment shall be made by any defined cannel above or by counter of the Bank’s head office or any branch.

- Repayment shall be made during business working time (Monday to Friday, from 8:00AM to 4:00PM).

- Any repayment made beside the above business time or made during holiday or weekend; the repayment will be accounted in next business day.

- Every repayment shall be made in currency according to currency of the loan.

- In case of payment is late, customer shall contact to the Bank for further information about late repayment. The Bank will charge penalties on late repayment according to loan agreement.

- In case of repayment is late for car’s loan, the Bank will apply its rights to seize the car and sell it out. Customer is still responsible for any shortage of amount to repayment the Bank until full repayment amount is fulfilled.

- Under the reporting requirement, the Bank may report information of late repayment to relevant regulators. This may impact to credit status of customer in financing conditon in Cambodia.
